Should I Be Worried About Abnormal Antimicrosomal Antibody Levels?

I have Hashimotos and fibromyalgia. When docs thought I had fibro they ordered blood tests. My antimicrosomal antibody levels were 2192. The normal range is under 60. Is there anything I should be worried about. I am taking levothroxin and have not felt improvements in my symptoms since diagnosed 5 years ago.

Most of the patients with Hashimato's thyroiditis have raised Anti microsomal antibody and so that shows in your cases too.
As the only treatment available for hypothyroidism is Tab Thyronorm/Eltroxin(levothyroxine) you need to take the same however if the dose that you are prescribed does not help you need to increase the dose under care of a specialist.
Good luck.
