General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is a simple musculoskeletal pain like contusion. You can apply diclofenac gel for symptomatic.

You can also take analgesics (pain killers) like celecoxib which is regarded as safe in asthmatics.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
