How Can Open Wound On The Left Hand Be Treated?

Hello,I have an open laceration on my left hand, opposite of the palm. I am on antibiotics specifically cephalexin, and have bactroban cream. I have it covered with gauze, and an ace bandage and is well covered. Is it safe to use a sauna for 20 minutes, or should I hold off until it has healed up? Also, I did not get stitches because it was too late to do so by the time I got it checked out.

you have taken right decision. take asceptic measure. for cleaning use sterile gauge. you can use sauna if it is clean.youcan decrease the timing. it will be better if you can hold till it is healed.
