How Can Oppositional Defiant And Bipolar Disorder In A Child Be Treated?

I have a girl of 8 years old that was diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder,bipolar,ADHD.She don t have respect for nobody,she likes to lie and for long time is being abused by her mother that is my daughter she hit her so bad and it get to the point that the girl defend herself from her mother hitting her back,her tantrums are really bad.She was hospitalized in a psiquiatric hospital and the doctor prescribed her Strattera 18 mg capsule just one capsule in the morning and it works very well until the medication starts to getting to end of the effect in the early afternoon and everything starts to point cero so no more effect of the medication and we go back to square one;bad tantrums,disrespectful and really abrasive.What can I do?Can the doctor increase the times per day of the medication?What we can do?

You can take him to a child psychiatrist and get evaluated. He might require drugs and most importantly behavioural therapy. Emotional and parents support also very much important.
