Various medications may help relieve symptoms associated with primary orthostatic tremor. Most affected individuals are treated with a drug called clonazepam (Klonopin). Some patients responded favorably after being treated with an anti-seizure drug called gabapentin (Neurontin).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
