How Can Osteoarthritis On The Left Knee Be Treated?
x ray says ion my left knee says i got mild degenerative osteoarthritis. i suffered pain. i went to a chinese doctor. gave me pellets for blood circulation for 10 days. no more swelling and pain . i can walk good. i went for massage and tried the electronic massage on my left knee ang leg. i notice my knee makes crispy sound when being bent to and pro. what do i do?

So start calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements once a day after food. If you are obese then weight reduction is must. Avoid crossed leg sitting, excessive walking and exercise. Consult physiotherapist and start knee physiotherapy in the form of stretching, ultrasound, strengthening of muscles, heat and wax application etc. Mild osteoarthritis gives excellent results by this conservative approach.
