General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone trough your query and I can understand your concerns.
Osteochondrosis is a kind of developmental anomaly of your spine.
Initially you can go for non surgical measures like braces and traction. Guided physiotherapy program can provide symptomatic relief to an extent.Consider supplementation with calcium and a multivitamin containing trace elements for symptomatic relief.
If medical measures fails, surgical correction is required. Osteotomy or acetabuloplasty are the commonly employed surgical procedures, consult a orthopedic for better evaluation.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Shinas
