How Can Osteoporosis Be Treated?

I am a 70 year old woman. I take yoga classes on a regular basis, take daily walks and have a meditation practice. I consume a mostly plant based diet and stay away from processed foods. I have osteoporosis, arthritis and although I eat little sugar my a1c puts me in the pre- diabetic range. I have always had a poor memory, and worry about age related memory loss. My question is: what would be a therapeutic amount of phosphatidal for my age? I am 5ft 2 tall and weigh 112 lbs.

Hi,

Although you can’t completely reverse osteoporosis, there are ways to manage it. Some of those methods are things you can do every day through diet and exercise. Your doctor may also recommend that you take medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Esmeralda Sera,
