How Can Ovarian Cancer Be Treated?

hello doctor, my sis is suffering from ovarian cancer.. she has taken 6 chemotherapies and her uterus and ovaries has been removed.. initially her ca125 level has been raised upto 3000 and after the completion yo six therapies it has lower upto 29 but now jus after two months of the completion of treatment her ca level is rising again.. in jan it was 140 and now in feb it has come to 439. she is very weak and her hb and platelet counts are also low. please suggest how to control ca 125 level? thanks

Hi,

Surgery and chemotherapy are generally used to treat ovarian cancer.

But you need to do a PET CT Scan to do know the stage of cancer first.
