iam having pco small csyts in both ovaries. I took clomid-glucophage combo and no major measurable follicles seen. Then I got 3 menagon injections and follicle size increased to 14mm. During current periods iam taking menagon 5 injections from day 3 alternatively. How much will be the success rate and what i shlould do if this also fails to form majot follicles.

Well, Menagon injections are succesful in 80% of cases and oyu can hope for the best. This is used for most common ovarian cysts which may be single, multiple or may occur as a part of pplycystic ovarian syndrome. Also, hormonal imbalance may cause ovarian cysts which are which are in most cases small and asymptomatic but sometimes may cause symptoms and require other specific treatment especially if cysts are larger than 5cm, bleeding cysts, torsioned or ruptured since then the surgical treatment is required.
Also, if there is polycystic syndrome as underlying cause then hormonal therapy is indicated. Pain is usually placed deep in pelvis on affected side and may be associated with nausea and fever. To diagnose exact type it you should do ultrasound and vaginal examination.
