How Can Pain And Burning Sensation Around The Anus Be Treated?
HI Iam 38 years old Iam suffering with pain in and around anus I felt it’s piles used Himalaya pilex though no relief,I feel burning sensation When I sit, Burning in buttock and feel this sensation inside around by buttock and there is no itching sensation no bleeding pls suggest what exactly is this symptoms are.

It can be just an infection and not hemorrhoids. Since you do not have bleeding so anything to worry.
Usually, it will subside on its own if not then you can take any antibiotics like Amoxicillin, Norfloxacin, or Ofloxacin dosage based on body weight.
Get the prescription for the same by any practitioner. The infection will be decreased very soon.
