How Can Pain And Congestion In The Left Ear Be Treated?

I was tested for hearing loss, Dr. said my eustation tubes were stuck open on My left ear. He Put tubes in my ear going to try to fix the problem, it caused my ear to feel severely my phone instantly after he put the tube in. Three days later he removed the tube and the problem did not stop. Now when I try to clear my ears by plugging my nose air comes out of my ear. I also have very bad your pain in my left ear. What could’ve happened?

I have read your querycarefully.
I see possibility of perfration of your ear drum (looking at your nose cossing exercise causing air out of ear) ... this needs to be excluded ... consult an ENT specialist &get specific treatment (medical/surgical) along with treatment for westachian tube would repair your problem.
