How Can Pain And Discoloration On The Right Foot Be Treated?

I rolled my foot in the parking lot due to a small crack in the pavement. It hurts really back and is discolored and swelling. I now have a small lump on the top of my left foot, to the right of my ankle bone. I have rolled my right ankle many times, but not my left ankle. I cannot walk on it.

Hello,

Your foot is injured badly and discoloration is due to the clotting of blood. As it is swollen we need to rethink if there is any hairline fracture or ligament tear. Just get an x-ray of foot done to rule out this condition. If it comes normal nothing to worry. In the meantime, you can take any painkillers like diclofenac, tramadol, pethidine, etcetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
