How Can Pain And Muscle Spasms In The Legs Be Treated?
I stepped down the stairs but didn t realize I was stepping on my shoelace so when i stepped felt a pull in my leg and then fell down 3 stairs .. My whole leg is sore like i pulled all my muscles or ligaments it really hurts if i try and sit and my leg kinda feels numb
There I have read through your questions and would like to tell you that most likely you have developed a muscle sprain because of the fall. I would advise you to avoid bearing weight on that leg and apply ice packs. Take an anti-inflammatory like Aceclofenac which will help to reduce the pain and inflammation. If the pain and swelling do not subside then you should consult an orthopedic to check for any bone injury. He may also advise you to do an X-Ray to check for any fracture.
I hope that answers your questions. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
Take care
Regards,
