How Can Pain And Numbness In The Left Testicle Be Treated?

Hello about 2 month ago my friend jokingly hit me in the testicle area and it was painful i was in class that time i was breathing in and out and there was this kind of nerve stretching feeling in my left hip bone area. 3 days After that i went to a general physician and he said there was nothing to worry about he wrote me some tablets i took those tablets and idk if there was any or much improvement from that. Basically my issue is that i had numbness from my left testicle to the left side of the penis this was mostly when penis was erect. Also i felt that my left testicle has become significantly smaller than right testicle , also my left testicle was colder. So i got an ultrasound , the report turned out to be normal , i went to my general physician again to show the report he said everything is ok and as i explained him the numbness etc he said it will go with time and gave me some tablets again i did not take these tablets as they had side effects according to my online research and i think i had some work so i did not want to take risk. So after that i went to see a urologist , he is quite famous , he also told me that everything was fine. But as i explained him the numbness etc he says its your psychological problem. Now i dont understand how can this be just my thinking i have checked the numbness coldness etc multiple times. Also there was little to mild pain sometimes randomly in my left testicle but that i believe has reduced now. So basically currently my issue is I have numbness not extreme but a good amount from my left testicle area to my left penis area i notice this when my penis is erect , also when my penis is erect the right side feels harder than the left also my left testicle feels colder than the right. My left testicle feels quite smaller than the left. Please doctor i need your help this is really bothering me. Thanks
