How Can Pain And Pressure In The Chest Be Treated?

I work in a mechanic shop behind the desk and did something stupid. I was using a screwdriver to open a key fob in order to change the battery in it and was holding it pretty close to my chest when the screwdriver slipped and slammed into my chest right above my cleavage and caused a very slight and superficial cut/puncture wound. The wound is not concerning me, it s the pain that has spread out all over my chest, causing my throat to feel like it has a lump in the very bottom of it and I think my heart beat is a little off, plus I m slightly lightheaded. The pain is sharp but also feels like a heaviness on my chest. I m sure it s nothing alarming, but I like to be cautious.
