How Can Pain And Pressure In The Sternum Be Treated?

Breast bone popping (but when away when I took anti inflammatory and stopped cracking my breast bone by fixing posture. Sternum pain around the left side, feels like swollen gland around rib (left side) but not sure more so when I raise both my arms up above my head. Just feels different from the right side, Uncomfortable armpit. Creaky joints. Right chest area feels tender all around the ribs. Pain flares every now and then. Have been stressed these couple months and really started happening after i started to spread my arms back to crack my sternum. For about 2-3 months now. Now I can’t crack it but I still feel pressure in that left side. No fever/cold sweats. No cough except in dry weather (asthmatic so I have this permenant cough all year round especially in dry weather or night time) Not fatigued. No head aches. Sometime pain goes around the chest area to shoulder joints but not so much or kind of faint.
