Kindly do the following to overcome stiff neck what you are experiencing.
1. Take analgesic with muscle relaxant medication containing Diclofenac with Chloroxazone twice daily after food.
2. Apply analgesic gel over the affected area as a thin layer thrice daily. Do not massage or rub after applying analgesic gel.
3. Sleep using thin pillow till the stiffness subsides.
