How Can Pain And Swelling In The Abdomen On The Right Side Be Treated?

I am a 43 yr old female - lost 104 lbs in 2009 with roux en y gastric bypass - sit for many yrs between 135-145 depending. Have had 3 hysteroscopies to remove growths due to (sp?) edenomyosis and 2 incisional hernia repairs from c sections. Had a laparoscopic hysterectomy in May and much adhesion removal and growths - still painful swelling now mostly on the right - food is hard - distended belly and short of breath. TIRED OF SURGERIES and now sitting at 160 lbs with zero dietary change. What?!
