i had a bad fall in laundrey room about a week latyer i could not walk my knee was so swallen wet to my dr who was worried i have been putting ice packs on it was hot to the touch lus i noticed my knee and shin bone would be icec cold she took exrayswas told mild form off ostioarthritas i dont think its mild as my hole body is riddled with it when i saw the exray it did not look right so i went hoime pulled up knee that is good and one with ostioarthritas my exray had no cusion and on one side goes into a very thin line this knee is so pain full i carnt walk on it it blowes up all the time any surjestion i can tolartate lot off pain but not this
