How Can Pain And Swelling In The Penis Due To An Injury Be Treated?
Hi Doc... Just for having fun alone I strangulated my penis and inserted a tweezer in my penile opening to see how much it widens... After removing both strangulation and tweezer... There is a bulge under penis head which is soft, not painful but but around 2cms in diameter n less than 2inches in length. Having slight irritation during urination but it has reduced from when it started.. but swelling is not going.... Pls guide

Consult a urologist and get evaluated.
Most probably it could be contusion and can be managed conservatively.
An ultrasound scan is required for further evaluation.
If symptoms persist surgical exploration may be considered.
