How Can Pain And Swelling In The Right Knee Be Treated?

I tweaked my right knee jump ropping and now i m in pain, limping, I can still bend my knee, but it s painful and a little swollen. I ve been wearing a knee compression and i m thinking I need an anti inflammatory to help ease the pain. what do you think? i m 58 yrs old.

Pain and swelling are because of lactic acid accumulation because of heavy exercise. You can take Diclofenac tablet twice a a for 2 days after meals.
