General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an inflammation possibility postoperative reaction. As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an Orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
You can also apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
