General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Take a painkiller such as Ibuprofen 400 mg for the pain.
2) Take nasal decongestants.
3) It is better to wait for any swelling to go down before setting a broken nose.
4) You can take an antibiotic to prevent any infections for 7-14 days.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other questions, Ill be glad to help.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
