Hello Madam

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I can certainly understand your situation.

I have worked through your query in detail.

The pain in your case is directly related to the septated ovarian cyst.

A growing ovarian cyst is more likely to cause severe discomfort that a stable non growing cyst.

It's important to go for surgical intervention at the earliest to counteract the intractable pain.

Wait and watch procedure is unlikely to yield any positive results in your case as suggested to you by your Healthcare professionals.

Ovariotomy with or without ovarian drilling is the required surgical procedure of choice in your case.

This procedure is exclusively done by Laparoscopic Gynecologist.

Weight loss alone will not prevent ovarian cyst and it's growth.

Post surgery, a short course of analgesics and antibiotics will help to return to baseline health quickly.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.
