How Can Pain In Back And Shoulder Blade Be Treated?
I fell in the stairs this morning..not down them just straight down into the edge of the stair.. It now looks like I have a whip mark that spans both but cheeks and it tooks grazed... More worryingly I have pain going up my back and spanning underneath my shoulder blades... What can I do to ease the pain
Hello Dear. For relief you can take rest and also use over the counter pain killers like paracetamol or brufen or diclofenac. You can also use diclo gel for local application. You can give hot water fomentation at the sites of pain. If your pain is still persisting after 3 or 4 days then you consult an orthopedic surgeon who may take an xray and see if there is any injury to bones.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
