How Can Pain In The Ankle Be Treated?
I turned my ankle this afternoon, it didn t hurt very badly at the time. Now the pain is pretty bad, hurting on the top outside of my foot and the arch with some pain in my calf. The pain is much worse when walking or bearing weight and with some movement.

take rest,keep your leg elevated.use ice pack if swelling is there.eastic bandage can be used for compression.
