General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For gallstone, if not Symptomatic, nothing is to be done. For fatty liver, Ursodeoxycholic acid syrup can be prescribed.

Avoid high saturated fatty foods and green leafy vegetables and fruits more. Do regular exercise advisable and check your cholesterol level also.

For anal pain, local anal and proctoscopy examination can be done. If the specific cause found, then treated accordingly.

For constipation, include more fiber in the diet. Drink more water. If needed, Psyllium husk with milk can be taken. Consult the physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
