How Can Pain In The Axillary Lymph Node Be Treated?

I have a one year post op history of stage 2A adenocarcinoma of upper left lobe lung cancer. Had surgery with NO follow up care, no node involvement. I now have suspicious thyroid nodule with calcification, but for the past month can not maintain a warm body temp, even with ambient room temperature of 75 degrees. Having pain in axillary lymph node area which ultra sound shows what appears to be inflammation. No further workups were done. What would your next course of treatment or preferred testing recommendation be? Thank you for you input.

Hello

According to the history you provide if the ultrasound report says that it is an inflammatory situation your doctor will prescribe you medication if needed. If not than he or she will decide what to do further and probably tumour marker's are needed. Please discuss with your doctor
