Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Sir, iam suffering from back pain & abdominal pain. I have done a lot of test like:-CT Scan & USG of whole abdomen.MRI of back bone.blood and stool test. The test says small cyst in neural foramen, mecentric lymphnode of 5.5mm.meet many of the specialist doctors but problem is just same as before.from few days a small blood comes with last of the stool stool is not hard.and continuous acidity .please guide me what to do?
In order to help you, I would like to know more details such as - age, pin since when, the exact site of pain in your abdomen and back, is it related to any specific posture, any change in bowel and bladder habits, any weight loss?
Small cyst in neural foramen and 5.5mm node could mean nothing, however it needs to be observed, if two scans over 6 months suggest that the cyst and node remain the same size, then there is nothing to worry about.
However these findings needs to be correlated with your symptoms. Lastly, have you done a PETCT and/or GIscopy?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
