How Can Pain In The Buttocks Be Treated?

I have been experiencing what appears to be sciatica (pain in the right buttocks) for several months. Laying on the floor and doing leg exercises seems to help. I do hear and feel what appears to be some friction in my back when I do these exercises. No pain from that though. I don t know if it s related, but for the past couple weeks I am also now experiencing what feels like a vibration in the upper part of my right leg. The sensation comes and goes. Sounds like I should probably start by making an appointment with my primary care Dr.???

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Yes, you should make an appointment with your primary care doctor. If I were your doctor, I will examine you thoroughly and do some test. If its Sciatica, I will give you drugs like acetaminophen and muscle relaxants then will advice you see the Physiotherapist for proper exercises.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
