dear user

about your question i would like to tell you that these symptoms you mentioned refer mainly to have ear infection bacterial that leads to consequences of ear ache........

your feeling of these symptoms should not make you worry as it is common symptom of common cold or bacterial infection of your ear

.....about what to do of that ..you should first refer to ent doctor to examine your ear clinically

you can take tylenol as it will help alot to improve .......you should also drink alot of warm fluids that will make you better ......
you should also have bed rest and no severe excercise that cause you be tired ..... ......
some times you should do blood test for investigation if symptoms get worse but now you not need that......

because bacterial infection suggested you can take amoxicillin&clavulinic acid or erythromycin as it is antibiotic has great role in treatment ear infection

wish you healthy life
