How Can Pain In The Elbow Joint Due To An Injury Be Treated?

Yes I injured my elbow while pulled g the string back to clock a crossbow the pain is in the joint and the out side not inner can t raise my arm or grip with out intense pain Sorry I m on social security disability came here cause my ins has started but I can afford 15 dollars

Hello,
As you may imagine, this is hard to answer without being able to examine the elbow. It sounds like you may have injured a muscle or tendon. Try warm compresses and anti-inflammatory medicine like motrin (if you do not have hypertension, kidney disease or ulcers). Do not use ice. Gentle stretches that you can do without pain may also be helpful. If it is not getting better then see a doctor.
