Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having viral infection. It is self limiting so no treatment is requeired. Take vitamin C and balanced diet. You can also take some rest as symptomatic treatment. If there is fever, take tablet crocin.

You can take tablet levocetrizine for feeling of wellness. You might be having viral conjunctivitis discharge, if it is so then it is associated bacterial infection.

Consult eye doctor and take antibacterial eye drop as per doctor's advice. You can take ofloxacin 3% 8 hourly. Rule out uveitis which can cause flares and the same can be confirmed by slit lamp examination (gonioscopy).

It can be Donizetti autoimune disorder, steroid is required for treatment. You can take steroid Andorran. For side effects, follow-up examination is required, staggering of steroid is required, visual acuity should be recorded.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
