How Can Pain In The Feet Be Treated?

Hi. I had been having pain with plantar fascitis for the past year. After trying all types of inserts which did not help, I found magnetic accupressure inserts which has totally alleviated the pain from the bottom of my feet. However, I now am having pain on the top of my feet and it migrates from the base of the toes into the front of the ankle at times. I am not sure what to do next.

If magnetic acupressure inserts did totally alleviate your plantar fasciitis pain, that is good. You may continue using this for a long duration. Along with proper soft, pressure distributing foot wear which one must wear at all times when he or she is on the feet, plantar fascia stretching exercises must be done morning and evening, far at least 2 to 3 months. These should be done to gently stretch the plantar fascia, and over a period of 4 to 6 weeks, the fascia would loosen up and you would be relieved of the pain. Please continue using the prescription foot wear top prevent recurrence.
