Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sorry to know about 3rd stage kidney failure, a lot of precautions to take and may be to for for Kidney transplant if need be or advised so by your Nephrologist.
Hitting a dear might have caused multiple internal injuries which may show the complications immediately and some after some time.
It is possible that the pre-existing spinal cord problem got worsened by the hit. But you received spinal cord injection at T3 and T4 area which does not cause leg pains.
Hence I would advise you fresh MRI of the spine of thoracic as well as of the lumbar region to know the exact problem so that an appropriate management can be done.
Whether Lyrica should be give or not is decided by your Nephrologist an will decide the dosages and duration, it helps a lot in some patient for such neuropathic pain.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
