How Can Pain In The Forehead And Stiffness In The Neck Be Treated?

After a sound sleep, I start preparing for going to Office, I start becoming tense and my forehead aches, makes me sluggish while walking and till 11 to 12.00 noon my head is tense. There is a stiffness in the neck and waist. I am worried too much as to what has happened to me. Will you please help.

Hello,

Very likely you are having headache and stiff neck due to muscular spasms. You can take paracetamol and ibuprofen to help with it and also apply warm compresses locally.

Normally it should be better with this treatment. If you notice no improvement or you notice any worsening then you will need to see your doctor.
