Hello I believe I have plantar fanchises (pain in the heel of my foot) it hurts all the time. I ve had shots, bought the Kuru shoes and also wear the stocking that suppose to help support the position of your foot. I ve been told that you will go in and clip that nerve that causes this kind of pain.. If so, that is what I want...I m tired of suffering with this pain, I work at a nursing home and I m on my feet a lot... I ve got to do something about this...Please help......

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. For plantar fasciitis you can apply ice packs. or step on ice bottle on and off for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. You can do this thrice daily. Taking. NSAIDs like ibuprofen also will be helpful. X ray should be taken to rule out bony spurs if no improvement.
Thanks.
