hi i have fibromyalgia bulging disc in my back my nerves in me back is rupture i have wide spread pain in my hips and burning and numbness in both my leg i have taken every narcotic the pain management doctors has to offer botox shots trigger point shots epidural shots cortizone shots tradols shots and i have been going though this since 1994 my pain has worsen over the years even after having all kind on physical therapy water aerobic and doing 30-35 min of walking 3 times a week thank God im now only taking two type of medication for pain flexeril and meloxicam other than two type of blood pressure meds. it do not take the pain away but help me to sleep at night and give me a little release from pain i am 55 years old 5ft 2 weight 170 pounds over weighted tried to lose weight over the years but have not succeeded and would love to find something that would help me with my pain and weight can you please please help me !!!! give me some advise or something !!!! desperately
