Hi, I m 27 and I work for a oral surgeon as lead assistant,so I m on my feet all day long. I walked up stairs one day and when I lifted my right leg I heard and felt a pop.Since it has been hurting in my knee cap . Now I feel like I have a air bubble inside. What could it be?
