How Can Pain In The Knees And Ankles Be Treated?

i am taking 15 mg of Meloxicam and Levocetirizine 5mg and Losartin 100\25Hydrothor water iam 68 and pretty good health. up everyday(5) at 530 am busy all time. yet I ache from my knees to my ankles every day. I can hardly walk and bare the pain sometimes. i had right knee replacement 3 years ago did real good. need left one done. Broke left ankle about 30 years ago. the pain is so bad at times I cry. What can do to help myself more? I weigh about 240 Thank you
