I also have pain when I bend my knee, it feels like the muscle is pulling. I have had xrays, an MRI and nerve conduction study done, negative in all areas. Im in discomfort every day and I want to find out what the issue is and noone has any answers Never mind.. didnt realize I had to pay

Hi
Thanks for trusting HealthCare magic for your health problems.

May I know your age please, to rule out age related joint destruction which is most common reason for knee pain.
Yes physical exercise to make muscle around knee joints strong is good preventive option.
For pain tablet diclofenac 25-50 mg 12 hourly are enough. Apply hot fomentation as home remedies.
