How Can Pain In The Left Elbow Due To An Injury Be Treated?

Sir, I got damage in my left elbow, it get broken so when i hospitalized doctor put two steel rods and a steel plate. And doctor ask me to rest 20 days and said that you got healed in 20 days but now it s 45 days and i had too much pain and none of the progress i had got so can you give some advice for this?

plate has been given it means there was fracture you have to oblige with treating doctor advise. follow up and review can be done according to doctors advise if requered it can bekeptformorebtime. take medicine according to his advise.
