General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. These symptoms can be cause of problems with tendons, bones, nerves or blood vessels in left forearm.
Also I would like to know occupation of your father as it may be related.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend following conservative measures-
-Xray of elbow and wrist joint
-Anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or naproxen twice for 5 days along with antacids.
-Topical application of diclofenac gel and cold compresses.
-Provide adequate rest to the joints.can use forearm brace for support.
-while doing any work, avoid prolonged flexion and lateral abduction postures at wrist and elbow.
If symptoms worsen or persists, visit orthopaedician for further investigations and surgical management.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks and regards.
