How Can Pain In The Left Shoulder Be Treated?

Its been 2 weeks since i was in a car accident, i had bruising from my left shoulder to right rib area...Nothing interal injured and nothing broken...But now i have a baseball size hard lump in my right breast...and there is a hole in the center of the lump that if i touch is excessive pain...hospital says they can do nothing more for 3 weeks..anything i can do to relieve this pain at home?

As per your history, as you have hard lump in breast with oozing, so it may mastitis. You can take tab. paracetamol after consultation. Do hot and cold fomentation. You may require antibiotics. It may not be due to injury. Take care.
