How Can Pain In The Left Shoulder Blade Be Treated?

I picked up an extremely heavy bow flex 2 years ago while trying to move it I drooped it because I thought a bee had stung the inside of my left shoulder blade. There was no bee. I was not stung. Ever since I get pain a irritating pain not throbbing, burning, or stabbing. Just a dull pain. It comes and goes but has progressively gotten worse. It s hard to find to get it rubbed out, feels deep in there. Thoughts?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of soft tissue (ligamental or muscular) injury of shoulder joint is more likely.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of shoulder joint.
You may need arthroscopic surgery if there is soft tissue injury.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
