How Can Pain In The Leg Be Treated?

I have broken my right foot three times and recently got out of the camwalker boot from the 3rd break approximately four months ago. Just lately I have had been having a pain in my leg. It feels like a tendon. The pain is not shocking but is more steady. The pain runs from run about my ankle to to mid leg. The tendon to the right of my shin. When standing it becomes worse and gets more painful by the end of the day. What could this be and what should I do next for treatment or healing?

General Surgeon 's  Response
How old are you? Do you have Diabetes Mellitus? If so you may be sustaining repeat fractures of your foot bones due to Charcots disease. The pain in the leg could be due to Diabetic Nuropathy. Soft insoled foot wear with ankle support would protect your feet. If you do have diabetic nuropathic pain, medications will help. Please consult a Podiatric surgeon who will carry out necessary investigations and manage your problem.
