How Can Pain In The Lower Abdomen Be Treated?

My bf is not well hasn t been well the last few days, he s been getting a lot of pain in his stomach and near his pancreas. He was vomiting all night Friday has lost his appetite and refuses to eat because of the pain, he hasn t moved from bed either, is there anything I can do to help him?

Give him cap valuperazole 20mg one cap daily for 7 days
Tab motilium 10mg 3 times a day for 5 days
Tab Nospa 3 times a day for 5 days
And he needs some blood tests like LFTs, serum amylase
