How Can Pain In The Lower Back And Calf Be Treated?
My husband was out skiing and he hurt the lower back of his calf. He thinks maybe he heard a pop. We are elevating and icing his calf. I gave him 500 mg of ibuprofen. What shall we do next? He will not go to a doctor now, because it is Christmas Eve.

welcome to hcm ..if there is no local swelling or redness then please give him tab brufen 400 mg 8 hourly and donot strain
and please see the doctor soon as he may have to clinically examine to see of there is any muscle or tendon tear
