Hi,

For lower back pain what you are experiencing, kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take Tablet. Aceclofenac with Paracetamol combination to overcome pain.
2. Apply hot fomentation twice daily followed by application of topic pain relieving cream or gel.
3. Take calcium and Vitamin D supplementation orally.
4. Ultrasound massage to the back and back muscle strengthening exercises should also be beneficial.

Do not overstrain yourself as it would aggravate the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
